These terms govern the use of our CV builder services for oil, gas and energy roles, information products, and goods.

2. Services

Our bespoke CV builder services include personalized review and drafting of resumes tailored to oil, gas and energy positions.

3. Information Products

We provide digital resources such as e-books, templates, and online courses designed for career advancement in the energy sector.

4. Goods

Branded physical merchandise, including stationery and training materials, sold through our platform.

5. Payment

Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. All fees are quoted in SGD and include applicable taxes.

6. Delivery

Digital products and services are delivered electronically. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1 Services

If you cancel before work commences, you may receive a 100% credit toward a future service or a 50% refund. Once drafting begins, all fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation and expert time. You may reschedule services within 30 days by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance.

7.2 Information Products

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If technical issues prevent access, we will provide a replacement or full refund upon verification.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs apply unless the item is defective.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
